In-house mold design and machining

• We design and machine our molds in-house with CNC and EDM, which gives tight tolerances, short lead times and control over cost
• Open cold runner tooling keeps filling stable in multi-cavity molds and reduces waste

Production and quality assurance

• Parts are molded on Wittmann Battenfeld machines with open cold runner tooling in a cleanroom-ready environment
• Every batch is traceable and inspected to ISO 13485 and customer-specific requirements
